The body in order to be active needs cortisol. The problem in the cloudy days is that you need to get out and get some light. You can get out in the morning, when the sun is about your head and look into it. You must do this between the first 5 minutes and 1 hour, after you woke up.

a) Laziness and motivation: How fear fit into those 2.
b) We are custom to think that when we fear we freeze up.
c) When we think about fear we should think about dopamine hits.
d) Dopamin role in the body is craving motivation and pursuit.
e) In the absence of dopamine, we don't feel motivated.
d) Dopamine is the molecule from where adrenaline is created.
e) Craving and desire are the foundation of stress and fear.
f) Stress and fear come from adrenaline/epinefrine
g) When we are afraid we have 3 responses: stay still, retreat, move forward.
h) If people are feeling that are not motivated they should focus on the craving aspect of dopamine (craving through challenge).
i) If you take a rat and take all dopamine and you have the food near you, than you won't do something.
j) Fear comes from this pathway of dopamine and ephinefrine. Develop some craving if it is scarry, that's is the key.
k) If people are petrified they should focus for the craving and if the feel agitated when thinking to do something, that are the molecules like dopamine.

- Reward yourself for mental resilience (if you decide to do something tough, like shut up you should reward with a small stuff/chocolate)/Accept it because you can't remove stressors from life.
